Option 1: Olive Oil & Parmesan (Savory)
1/2 cup Popcorn kernels
4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Sea salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Option 2: Brown Sugar Cinnamon (Sweet)
1/2 cup Popcorn kernels
1 cup Light brown sugar
2 tbsp Unsalted butter
3 tbsp Double cream
A generous sprinkle of Ground cinnamon

Savory: Olive Oil & Parmesan

1 Heat the olive oil in your Whatever Pan over medium-high heat. Drop in 3 kernels and cover with the glass lid. When they pop, the pan is ready.

2 Add the remaining kernels. Cover and shake the pan to coat them in oil.

3 As they pop, shake the pan every 15 seconds to ensure even heating. Once the popping slows to 2 seconds between pops, remove from heat.

4 Pour into a Mixing Bowl and immediately toss with Parmesan, salt, and Italian seasoning while hot.

Sweet: Brown Sugar Cinnamon

1 Pop the kernels in a clean Whatever Pan as instructed above. Transfer to a Mixing Bowl and set aside.

2 In the same pan over gentle heat, dissolve the brown sugar with a splash of water. Let it simmer until it reaches a deep golden caramel color.

3 Stir in the butter until melted. Remove from heat and vigorously whisk in the double cream and cinnamon until smooth.

4 Pour the warm glaze over the popcorn and toss quickly until every piece is coated in cinnamon-caramel goodness.
