 - 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs

- 2 bell peppers

- 1 large yellow onion

- ½ tsp salt

- ¼ tsp pepper

- ¼ garlic powder

- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- ¼ cup olive oil


- Place chicken in a bowl and the salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, olive oil, mix and let marinate for 30 minutes.

- Once marinated alternate the vegetables and chicken on the skewer, making 6 skewers.

- Preheat oven to 450F.

- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, flipping the skewers about half way through. Check to make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through. 

- Serve this deliciousness!
