4 cups milk
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped
To serve
Whipped cream
Marshmallows

1 Pour the milk into your Jean Patrique 20cm Saucepan and heat gently over medium heat until warm, but not boiling.
2 Add the cocoa powder and sugar, whisking continuously until fully dissolved and smooth.
3 Add the chopped chocolate and stir gently until completely melted and the mixture is rich and glossy.
4 Continue heating for a further 1–2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot but not simmering.
5 Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream, marshmallows and chocolate sprinkles if desired.
6 Serve immediately and enjoy while hot.
