Returns

Our returns procedure is simple and straight forward.

Simply submit a return request via our customer service team or use the RMA form provided with your order.

There's no need to wrap your hand in a tea towel, and you can put the oven mitt down. This microwave-safe tray slides under your plates, mugs, bowls and containers. As your food heats up, the tray stays completely cool to the touch - so you can comfortably pick it up without burning your fingers once it's done.
