The aluminium provides fast heat-conductivity for more efficient cooking and the Teflon coating makes the cookware easy to clean. The saucepan is ideal for cooking homemade sauces, vegetables, pasta and much more. The Bakelite handle, angled for comfort is heat resistant for added ease of use, and the glass lid with steam vent allows you to see the progression of your meal without removing it. Tenzo is the name given to the chef in a Buddhist monastery, who is responsible for preparing meals for the monks. The Tenzo has one of the most important roles and handles all food with great respect as it is their responsibility to care for the community. Tenzo A Series Saucepan (18 cm)

I had been looking for a decent non-stick saucepan, with a base that would fit the smaller diameter rings of my stove (halogen hob), and this pan fits the bill perfectly. It has a lid as well, which is good.
