- 500ml/17fl. oz barbecue sauce
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ - 1 tbsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
- Remove the membrane from the bony side of the ribs.
- Mix together all the spices and salt to create a rub for the meat.

- Sear the ribs on your Whatever Pan for some delicious grill lines.
- Place the ribs meat side up and cover with some foil then bake for 2 hours.
- While the ribs are cooking, make the barbecue sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.
