Simply draw the knife blade gently towards you over the top of the steel blades, repeat as necessary, and bring blunt knives back from the dead! Even beginners can enjoy great results, and it’s especially useful for those with a weakened grip or joint problems, who might find bulky knife sharpeners tricky to use.
