Dark Chocolate Truffles


  • 12oz dark chocolate
  • 4oz cream cheese
  • 1tbsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup hazelnut coating
  • ¼ almond coating
  • ¼ coconut coating Instructions


  • Add the chocolate and cream cheese to a saucepan and melt over low heat.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Place mix in a bowl and let chill for 1h.
  • Start making your truffles by scooping up balls of the mixture.
  • Roll the balls in preferred coating and place onto greaseproof paper.
  • Let chill and enjoy!
