Whatever Pan Mixed Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 uncooked breakfast sausages
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 220g/8oz small mushrooms
  • 16 cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Kosher salt and pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • Flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • Toast, for serving
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/400°F.
  • Lightly sear your sausages and bacon in your Whatever Pan.
  • Using your Chopaholic Oriental 3 Piece Chef's Knife Set with Professional Bamboo Knife Block and Chopping Board, cut the mushrooms and half the tomatoes.
  • Toss the mushrooms, tomatoes and garlic together with some oil in your medium Jean Patrique Plastic Mixing Bowls. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer it to your Whatever Pan and roast for 10 minutes.
  • In the meanwhile, you can toast your bread.
  • Make four little wells between all your ingredients then crack in your egg. 
  • Return to the oven and roast till everything is cooked for 8-10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve with your toast.
