Ingredients
- 1½ lb. broccoli florets
 - 1 cup water
 - 1/3 cup water
 - 1tbsp. brown sugar
 - 2tbsp. soy sauce
 - 2tbsp. white vinegar
 - 2 cloves minced garlic
 - ½ cup chopped salted cashews
 
Instructions
- Place the broccoli in a saucepan and add water.
 - Cover with lid and cook for 7 min.
 - In a frying pan, melt butter. Once liquid, add sugar, soy sauce, white vinegar, minced garlic, mix well and bring to a boil.
 - Finally, add your chopped cashews and pour the mix on your broccoli.
 - Serve!
