Ingredients
- 200g/7oz butter, chopped
- 4 bacon rashers, finely chopped
- 200g button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- ¼ cup parsley & thyme, finely chopped
- 4½ cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 35g/1.2oz French onion soup mix
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 tbsp water
- 8 ham slices, halved lengthwise
Method
- Melt the butter in your Whatever Pan.
- Add in the bacon and mushroom, then cook for 12 minutes until golden.
- Mix in the garlic and herbs. Cook until fragrant.
- Transfer it to a bowl and allow it to cool.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
- Once cooled, combine the breadcrumbs and soup mix.
- Thoroughly mix in the pepper, eggs and water.
- Form the mixture into equal-sized balls and wrap them in ham, then place them into your cleaned Whatever Pan lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Serve with your roast meal and enjoy.
