Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
 - 2 salmon fillets
 - 3 bell peppers, cut into chunks
 - 2 red onions, peeled and cut into wedges
 - 1 garlic clove, crushed
 - ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
 - 1 tbsp. brown sugar
 - 1 tsp. dried oregano
 - 400g/15 oz red beans
 - 2 limes, zested and juiced
 - Salt, to taste
 
- Heat olive oil in your frying pan and start frying the bell peppers and onions.
 - Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix the garlic, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, oregano and salt.
 - Add it to your vegetables and sauté for a few minutes. Add the red beans and lime zest and fry until cooked through. Set aside.
 - In your Whatever Pan add salt and olive oil and start frying the salmon fillets.
 - Add the lime juice and the vegetable mixture and fry until the salmon is cooked through.
 - Serve and enjoy!
