Creamy Salmon with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Simple, healthy and on your table in 30 minutes. This creamly salmon is the perfect midweek (restaurant quality) supper.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 480ml/2 cups cream
  • 50g/1 cup sun-dried tomatoes 
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp French mustard
  • Salt, to taste
  • Parsley

Instructions 

  • Fry the salmon steaks in your Whatever Pan for a few minutes per side
  • Remove from the Whatever Pan and set aside.
  • Add butter and let it melt. Once melted, add the cream, sun-dried tomatoes, paprika and mustard and season with salt.
  • Whisk or mix, then add the salmon steaks and the parsley.
  • Cook with lid on for approximately 10 min and voilà!
