Ingredients
- 3 duck legs
 - 210g/7 oz. chopped carrots
 - 2 chopped onions
 - 90g/3 oz. celery roots
 - 4 sprigs of thyme
 - 2 tbs honey
 - 420ml/15 oz. beer
 - Salt & pepper, to taste
 
Instructions
- Place your duck legs in a pan and fry them for a few minutes until golden, season with salt and pepper.
 - Set aside. Add carrots, onions, celery roots, thyme and season with salt and pepper.
 - Fry for a few minutes and place your duck legs on top of the vegetables.
 - Finally, add the honey and beer, cook for 40 min and serve!
