- ¼ cup olive oil
- 15ml vinegar
- 40gr Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 2 chicken breasts
- ½ cup red bell pepper
- ½ cup yellow bell pepper
- ½ cup green bell pepper
- Parsley, to taste
- 30gr brown sugar
- 30ml lime juice
- 30gr olive oil
Method
- In a large mixing bowl add olive oil, vinegar, 30gr of Jamaican Jerk seasoning and whisk well.
- Add your chicken breasts to the mix and marinate for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, cut your bell peppers into small chunks and add them to a mixing bowl, along with parsley, brown sugar, lime juice, olive oil and 10gr of Jamaican Jerk seasoning.
- After the chicken has marinated for 1 hour, heat your Whatever Pan on high heat and start cooking your chicken breasts.
- Once ready, place the chicken on a plate and cover with your bell pepper mix.
- Enjoy!
