Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 up onions
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 ½ cup rice
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- ½ cup half and half
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayo
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Method
- Placed your diced chicken in a mixing bowl and add the seasoning, marinate for 30 min.
- Melt the butter in your pan and start frying the onion, add the garlic after a few minutes.
- Add the rice and keep stirring for a few minutes.
- Add the marinated chicken, salt, thyme, half and half, sour cream, mayo and stir well.
- Add the chicken broth and broccoli. Cover your pan with a lid and simmer for 15 min.
- Add cheddar, cook for another 5 min and voila!
