Ingredients
- 1.5kg chicken legs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup flour
- 5 gr chili powder
- 5 gr dried marjoram
- 5 gr ground oregano
- 5 gr dried sage
- 5 gr dried basil
- 5 gr onion salt
- 5 gr garlic powder
- 10 gr paprika
- 10 gr salt
Method
- Cut the chicken legs in half.
- Add the buttermilk and the egg to a bowl and whisk well.
- In another bowl, add flour and all spices and mix well.
- Soak up the chicken in the buttermilk and egg mix and then dredge it in the flour mixture on all sides, then shake off the excess coating.
- Add oil to The Whatever Pan and heat it to 350 degrees.
- Add the chicken and fry for 8 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken from the oil and add to a drying rack on top of a clean cookie sheet. Voila!
