Ingredients
- 5-6 lamb chops
 - Small carrots, boiled
 - Parsnips, boiled
 - Broccoli, boiled
 - Potatoes, boiled
 - 2 tsp. fresh rosemary
 - Extra virgin olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Marinate your lamb chops in olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper and leave aside.
 - Boil your potatoes, carrots, parsnips and broccoli. Once boiled add all vegetables in a bowl and add olive oil.
 - Grill your vegetables in a grilling pan and add salt and pepper to taste.
 - Once ready, set aside and start grilling your lamb chops on the same pan.
