- 1 yellow onion
- 1 red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- Pork meat
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cut the onions, bell peppers and pork meat into chunks using any of the suitable Jean Patrique Kitchen Knives.
- Thread the onions, bell peppers and pork pieces onto the Jean Patrique skewers. Cook under a medium grill for 15-20 mins, turning from time to time, until cooked through and nicely browned.
- REMOVE the red silicone handles from the Jean Patrique Griddle Pan, place in oven and roast for 5 min.
