Grilled Roasted Pork Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • Pork meat
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Cut the onions, bell peppers and pork meat into chunks using any of the suitable Jean Patrique Kitchen Knives.
  • Thread the onions, bell peppers and pork pieces onto the Jean Patrique skewers. Cook under a medium grill for 15-20 mins, turning from time to time, until cooked through and nicely browned.
  • REMOVE the red silicone handles from the Jean Patrique Griddle Pan, place in oven and roast for 5 min.
  • Serve this deliciousness for a perfect summer bbq!
