Ingredients
For the batter
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 180ml/¾ cups whole milk
- 70gm/½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp corn-starch
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
Toppings
- 1 egg
- ½ avocado
- 2-3 slices of ham
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220°C/420°F.
- In a blender add 3 eggs, butter, milk, all-purpose flour, corn-starch, salt and pepper and blend until frothy.
- Melt 1 tbsp of butter in the Whatever Pan and once hot, add your batter.
- Place the Whatever Pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes until the batter is puffed and brown around the edges. It will begin to deflate as soon as it comes out.
- Top with an egg, avocado and ham slices (you can also use other preferred toppings such bacon or salmon and crème fraîche).
