Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 oz mangetout
- ½ bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ cup chicken stock
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 nests cooked egg noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan from the Jean Patrique Cookware range, cut the chicken thighs into strips and fry the chicken, until browned all over.
- Add salt, pepper, chopped mangetouts, chopped bell pepper and chopped garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the chicken stock and soy sauce. Continue to stir-fry over a medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add in the cooked noodles and stir to combine.
