Chicken Stir Fry

This delicious Chicken Stir-Fry took us less than 15 minutes to cook (less time than it takes to order a takeaway) and is packed it with lots of healthy vegetables!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 oz mangetout
  • ½ bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 nests cooked egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan from the Jean Patrique Cookware range, cut the chicken thighs into strips and fry the chicken, until browned all over.
  • Add salt, pepper, chopped mangetouts, chopped bell pepper and chopped garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. 
  • Stir in the chicken stock and soy sauce. Continue to stir-fry over a medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Add in the cooked noodles and stir to combine.
